My mother loved me completely and also listened to, cared about, and valued all people she came across. In my life I have tried to follow her example and treat those I encounter with kindness and love. Like my mother, I love, try to follow, and put all my trust in Jesus. Regardless of our religious beliefs, or lack thereof, I believe we are all infinitely loved children of God, and I am honored and humbled to companion with others wherever they are on their spiritual journeys. People of all religions or none are welcome in my practice.

I have an MA in Pastoral Ministry from Seattle University, and a Certificate In Spiritual Direction from the Franciscan Spirituality Center's two-year training program in Portland, Oregon. Since 1984 I have lived in Juneau, Alaska. My wife and I have raised our children here and are members of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
